Kate York er nýr Evrópuforseti 2010-2012. Kate er bresk og hefur verið fulltrúi Evrópu í "Membership"nefnd alþjóðasambandsins
síðasta tímabil. Hún tekur við af Birgit Svensson frá Svíþjóð.
